Enrollment in any TradKlear program signifies acceptance of this policy. As our offerings involve structured curriculum access, intellectual property, and limited mentorship allocation, refunds are governed by clearly defined time and eligibility conditions.

Refund Policy for the 90-Day Market Survival Framework

The 90-Day Market Survival Framework is a structured education program that includes curriculum access, orientation resources, and a physical welcome kit.

48-Hour Conditional Refund Window

Participants may request a refund within 48 hours of enrollment.

If the request is made within this period, a refund of 60% of the total enrollment fee will be processed.

The remaining 40% is retained to cover:

• The welcome kit (valued at ₹3,500)
• Administrative and onboarding costs
• Payment gateway and cancellation charges
• Initial curriculum access activation

Refund requests made after 48 hours from the time of enrollment will not be considered.

Post 48-Hour Policy

After 48 hours, the program becomes strictly non-refundable.

Access to structured curriculum, intellectual content, and framework materials is considered full value activation. As this is a digital education program with immediate access, no refund will be issued beyond the defined window.

Conditions That Void Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility within the 48-hour window may be void if:

• Significant curriculum modules have been accessed
• Downloadable materials have been downloaded
• Live or interactive sessions have been attended
• Mentorship evaluation or selection processes have been initiated

TradKlear reserves the right to review platform access logs to determine eligibility.

Refund Policy for TradKlear Mentorship

TradKlear Mentorship is a selection-based educational guidance program offered only to participants who complete the 90-Day Market Survival Framework.

Limited Seat Allocation

Mentorship seats are limited and allocated through a structured evaluation process. Once a participant is selected and confirms participation, a dedicated mentorship seat is reserved.

Non-Refundable Commitment

Due to limited capacity, direct educator involvement, and structured time allocation, mentorship fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Schedule conflicts
• Personal circumstances
• Dissatisfaction based on market outcomes
• Withdrawal after confirmation

Mentorship is a commitment-based educational engagement and cannot be reversed once activated.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of personal preference
• Lack of time or commitment
• Market losses or trading outcomes

• Expectation of financial guarantees

If a participant experiences technical issues related to login access, platform errors, or content availability, our support team will assist in resolving the issue promptly.

Technical challenges do not automatically qualify for refunds. We are committed to ensuring proper access and usability of the platform.

How to Request a Refund (Within 48 Hours Only)

Refund requests for the 90-Day Market Survival Framework must be submitted via official email within 48 hours of enrollment.

The request must include:

• Full name
• Registered email ID
• Date and time of enrollment
• Payment reference details
