Participants are solely responsible for their personal financial decisions.

Nothing provided through TradKlear programs constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. No guarantees of financial returns or market performance are made or implied.

Eligibility

To enroll in TradKlear programs, you must:

• Be at least 22 years of age
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Enrollment & Access

Access to the 90-Day Market Survival Framework begins upon successful payment confirmation.

TradKlear Mentorship access begins only after selection and confirmation.

Account Responsibility

Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Account access is personal and non-transferable.

Sharing login details, granting third-party access, or distributing program materials is strictly prohibited.

Access Suspension or Termination

TradKlear reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if a participant:

• Violates these Terms
• Shares intellectual property
• Engages in misconduct
• Disrupts program structure or mentorship environment

Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through TradKlear, including but not limited to:

• Curriculum materials
• Videos
• PDFs
• Worksheets
• Framework models
• Mentorship discussions
• Written materials

are the exclusive intellectual property of TradKlear.

Prohibited Use of Content

Participants may not:

• Record sessions
• Copy or reproduce materials
• Distribute content
• Upload materials to public platforms
• Share paid content with non-enrolled individuals

Consequences of Violation

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

Fees & Payment Terms

All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment must be completed in full before access is granted.

Participants are responsible for:

• Applicable taxes
• Payment gateway charges
• Accurate billing details

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without valid grounds may result in permanent account restriction.

Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are governed by the official Refund & Cancellation Policy.

In summary:

• The 90-Day Market Survival Framework is eligible for a 60% refund only if requested within 48 hours of enrollment.
• After 48 hours, the program is non-refundable.
• TradKlear Mentorship is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Participants are advised to review the full Refund Policy before enrollment.

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times.

The following are prohibited:

• Harassment or abusive communication
• Disruptive behavior during sessions
• Unauthorized solicitation
• Misrepresentation of program content

TradKlear reserves the right to remove participants who violate conduct standards.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Financial markets involve risk. Participation in TradKlear programs does not guarantee:

• Profits
• Financial success
• Improved trading performance
• Specific outcomes

All decisions made in financial markets are solely the responsibility of the participant.

Limitation of Liability

TradKlear shall not be held liable for:

• Financial losses
• Trading losses
• Investment decisions made by participants
• Indirect or consequential damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradKlear’s total liability shall not exceed the total program fee paid by the participant.

Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradKlear from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Misuse of program content
• Violation of these Terms
• Personal financial decisions

Third-Party Platforms & Links

TradKlear may utilize third-party platforms for payments, hosting, or communication.

TradKlear is not responsible for:

• Third-party service interruptions
• Payment gateway errors
• External website content

Participants use third-party services at their own discretion.

Privacy & Data Usage

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the TradKlear Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to data collection and usage as outlined in that policy.

Modifications to Services

TradKlear reserves the right to:

• Update curriculum
• Modify program structure
• Adjust content delivery formats
• Improve framework components

Such modifications do not entitle participants to refunds.

Termination

TradKlear may terminate or restrict access if a participant breaches these Terms.

Termination due to violation will not result in a refund.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from participation in TradKlear programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai – Maharashtra.
