Last Updated: 15th of Feb 2026
Please read this content copyright warning carefully before using this website.

TradKlear is built upon structured research, original educational design, and proprietary market literacy frameworks developed over years of academic study and analytical observation. The intellectual effort invested in building these materials forms the core foundation of our educational platform.

This notice exists to protect the integrity of that work, ensure fair usage, and prevent unauthorised reproduction or commercial exploitation. All users, participants, and visitors are expected to respect the intellectual property rights outlined below.

Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content published, delivered, or made accessible through TradKlear — including but not limited to the 90-Day Market Survival Framework, mentorship materials, written articles, research notes, digital resources, structured curriculum modules, graphics, explanatory models, video recordings, and downloadable documents — constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Rahul Kumbhare and TradKlear.

This includes:

  • Educational frameworks and structural sequencing
  • Conceptual teaching methodologies
  • Risk assessment models and explanatory systems
  • Course architecture and progression design
  • Written content, scripts, and presentation materials
  • Visual branding elements and design assets

Such intellectual property is protected under applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to:

  • The Copyright Act, 1957
  • The Information Technology Act, 2000
  • The Trademarks Act, 1999 (where applicable)
  • Relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code

All rights are expressly reserved.

Access to TradKlear content does not transfer ownership rights under any circumstances.

Limited License for Personal Educational Use

Enrollment in any TradKlear program grants participants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the material solely for personal educational purposes.

This license does not permit:

  • Redistribution
  • Reproduction
  • Recording
  • Commercial use
  • Public display
  • Modification or adaptation

Participants are granted access for learning — not for replication, redistribution, or derivative commercial activity.

The intellectual property remains solely owned by TradKlear at all times.

Scope of Protection

Intellectual property protection extends beyond written content. It also applies to:

  • The conceptual structure of the 90-Day Market Survival Framework
  • The sequencing logic of modules and sessions
  • Proprietary models used for explaining market behavior
  • Teaching language and explanatory structure
  • Mentorship discussion frameworks
  • Assessment mechanisms and educational evaluation processes

The protection includes both verbatim copying and substantially similar adaptations designed to replicate the underlying structure or methodology.

Unauthorized use of structural educational design may constitute infringement even if wording is altered.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from TradKlear:

Copying & Republishing

Reproducing, republishing, or posting TradKlear content — in whole or in part — on:

  • Websites
  • Blogs
  • Social media platforms
  • Video-sharing platforms
  • Messaging groups
  • Online communities
  • Print media

This includes copying articles, transcribing videos, summarizing proprietary frameworks for public distribution, or reposting structured educational content.

Modification & Derivative Works

Altering, paraphrasing, translating, restructuring, or creating derivative works from TradKlear content — including AI-generated rewrites — without written authorization.

Changing wording while preserving structure, sequencing, or conceptual flow may still constitute intellectual property infringement.

Unauthorized Distribution & Reselling

Sharing paid program materials, mentorship content, downloadable resources, or proprietary models — whether for free or for commercial gain — is strictly prohibited.

This includes:

  • Forwarding course materials
  • Uploading PDFs to public drives
  • Redistributing recordings
  • Selling copies of structured content

Recording & Course Piracy

Recording live sessions, mentorship discussions, structured modules, or any part of paid programs through screen capture, external recording devices, or software tools is prohibited.

Unauthorized recording and distribution of educational material constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.

Commercial Exploitation

Using TradKlear’s frameworks, methodologies, structural design, or proprietary explanations to create independent commercial offerings, paid courses, mentorship services, or financial content products without licensing approval is prohibited.

Intellectual property may not be repackaged or rebranded for commercial advantage.

Monitoring & Enforcement

TradKlear actively monitors for intellectual property violations through digital tools and reporting mechanisms.

If infringement is identified, enforcement actions may include:

  • Issuance of cease and desist notices
  • Formal copyright infringement claims
  • Platform-level takedown requests
  • Civil proceedings for recovery of damages
  • Legal remedies under applicable Indian law

Where applicable, violations may attract penalties under Section 63 of the Copyright Act, 1957, which provides for fines and/or imprisonment in cases of deliberate infringement.

Enforcement measures are pursued to protect educational integrity and preserve the value of structured intellectual work.

Academic Referencing & Fair Use

Limited referencing for academic or educational discussion purposes may be permitted under fair use principles, provided:

  • Proper attribution is given
  • Content is not reproduced in substantial entirety
  • The usage does not undermine commercial value

For formal citation, partnership discussions, or collaborative requests, written permission must be obtained.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

All matters relating to the intellectual property of TradKlear shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from unauthorized use, infringement, or misuse shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.

Failure to read or understand this notice does not exempt any party from compliance.

Permission & Licensing Requests

Requests for:

  • Content licensing
  • Academic collaboration
  • Limited reproduction rights
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Corporate educational use

must be submitted in writing to the official TradKlear contact email.

Written approval is mandatory before any usage beyond personal educational access.

Commitment to Intellectual Integrity

TradKlear is committed to maintaining educational integrity and respecting intellectual property principles. Just as we encourage participants to respect regulatory boundaries in financial markets, we expect reciprocal respect for intellectual boundaries in educational content.

Intellectual property protection ensures:

  • Fair recognition of original work
  • Preservation of educational quality
  • Prevention of misinformation through distortion
  • Sustainability of structured market literacy initiatives

Respect for intellectual property is not merely a legal requirement — it is an ethical standard.
